News from the Health Office Hello! We have been preparing and are excited to have the kids back on campus as soon as we get the green light. If you have a student who will have medication at school, please make sure that we have the correct consent form for the current school year. This applies to Prescribed and Over the Counter Medication. Please make sure that all of these guidelines have been met before bringing in medication: *Students name must be on the box or bottle (keep label attached for prescription meds) *Medication must match exactly to what the doctor’s orders say *Consent form must be signed and stamped by the doctor, and signed by the parent/guardian For links to all of our medical forms including Prescription or Over the Counter Medication Consent Form, Contract to Carry Life-Sustaining Medication at School Form, Seizure Action Plan and Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan, click on the link above. PPIE Wellness Series Click on the link above to watch a recording of the "Reset, Recharge and ReConnect" parent webinar that was held last month. 2020-2021 Mini-Grants for Teachers PPIE is excite to announce the totals for the Inspire App Mini-Grant: Remote Learning Support! We were able to fund $8275 to cover 74 new applications in 47 PUSD classrooms. These programs will reach a total of 3211 students. We are thrilled to be able to support our students and teachers in this way and to add to technology that is helpful in remote learning. Let Porky's do the cooking! At Alisal, relationships are very important to us and we really want to have better connections and partnerships at school.
